Dr. B. R. Ambedkar suggested that every person must have to celebrate the Birthday of Shahu Maharaj, the Public King as festival.

First of all I am giving INFINITY Crores of Best Complements on 150th Jayanti Celebration of Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj, the public king. Also, paying tributes on giving their philosophical message through the writing this article.

     *Chhatrapti Shahu Maharaj were Social Visionary and Actionary king in the province of Kolhapur. They were born on 26th June 1874. Those remedies for the development of public were implemented by Shahu Maharaj under their jurisdiction are also cognizable, essential on today's situation. For the formation of Society based on equality, all of us must have to fulfill our duties.*
      *At that time while implementing the system of ending Mahar Vatan by Shahu Maharaj, one of the advisor of advisory Committee Balwant Narayan Shinge opined that on "cough will end on cutting the throat." Shanu Maharaj established hostels, colleges for the downtrodden, untouchables. Also, provided services through implementation of fifty percent reservation policy in their province. Some of the pleaders had given financial support to stand on their own feet. They had given financial assistance to Gangaram Kamble for to run the tea stall, hotel in Kolhapur. Also sometimes purposefully visited with their companion to their tea stall for reduction of caste discrimination. Thus, they had played active role to establish equality among the society without any discrimination on the basis of caste with untouchables.*
      *On 8th January 1920 at Pivali Madi of Byculla in Mumbai under the presidentship of Narayan Chandavarkar a big programme was conducted through untouchables. Where two demands were passed by them : as firstly, to get the adequate representation in council to untouchables in proportion to their population through their people's only. Secondly,  pay thanks to the Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj for doing developmental work for untouchables in their province.*
     *On the available situation Southern Maharashtrian Conference of Untouchables held in Kagal Province at Mangaon on 21st and 22nd of March 1920. At that time Talathi's with Kulkarni's forcefully poisoned, opposed and appealed to the general public regarding to unavailable for the presence in the conference. Also, reformative Brahamins in Kolhapur province with upper status peoples and mostly WELWISHERS of the untouchables were present. But the so called workers of the Untouchables and representatives of the Depressed Class Mission were completely absent on the due occasion, were remarkable.*
    *On the first day of the conference welcome president Mr. Dadasaheb Rajesaheb Inamdar told that "In recent liberal situation someone will do better for us being the dependcy is not good so, we must have to work for ourselves to develop us with our own efforts.*
   *Further in Conference President Bhimrao Ambedkar told that, seeing thoughtful revolution in untouchables is remarkable significance. Upto today people were in faithful towards their fortune as responsible for their deteriorating situation. But now their eyes are opening for to know which is not happening through God and it happens due to the actions of the followers of Brahmanism, being the sensation of revolution in society. In that period through the ideology of hindu religion rightable BIRTH QUALITY with Supremacy among the peoples bifurgated as Brahmins are superior and non Brahmins are inferior with untouchables are different from them as third one group. Thus discrimination of such on inequality through birthright of bad quality Brahmins also obtained the superior status to achieve their development. But non Brahmins deteriorated on the basis of inferior quality of birthright which lost their self respect with self reliance. That's why they developed as weaker in social and economical status. Due to non availability of trade, services and agriculture acquiring of wealth stopped, ultimately development in all walks of life stopped.*
   *Mostly the peoples agreed on having natural qualities among the untouchables but they had no good situation available to do their development. That's why Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar exclaimed that to get the adequate representation on caste basis for achievement of political powers to untouchables. Otherwise SATYAMEV JAYATE will be hopeless principle. For to obtained it's results of TRUTH we must have to fight against unitedly.*
   *On the second day of conference Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj told that they arrived for to hear Ambedkar regarding the views on all backwards also, heartly Congratulated to Ambedkar. In reign of british period it was compulsory for untouchables to be present daily in native colony. So, they were unable to attend funeral anywhere of their nearest relatives, also. Due to that the officers of the hierarchy were doing injustice with them in the name of presenty. Sometimes on the basis of fear through presenty, officers were taking work without any remuneration. Resultantly untouchables were unable to meet their nearest relatives in sickness and likewise. Sometimes department of police take some action against untouchables and liable to keep them in custody, returning from it they observed their kids in dead situation as very bad administration. That's why Shahu Maharaj Stopped this bad system on ending the rule of compulsory presenty. They provided the data of evidences where the peoples of guilty, criminals were more in non presenty system than the peoples those were in system of presenty. Resulting in observance of status and respect deteriorated for more. That's why Shahu Maharaj stopped this unjustifiable bad system of daily presenty.  Due to that the proportion of crime and quarrels effectively reduced significantly. On the basis of results Shahu Maharaj requested, appealled to Mahar Vatandars and Balutedars to leave vatandari and Balutedari. Some of the Mahars from the Karveer state agreed to do it. So, they expected from others, also.*
    *In relation to that administration sent a letter through Satara Police Superintendent to Shahu Maharaj as, "Upto today peoples noted in presenty register must have to provide information while they moving outside towards the limited jurisdiction." Shahu Maharaj replied on 4th June 1919 as "If I relieved from the the presenty, where is no question arised, impossible to give such information. But will be glad to provide certificates to the criminals if they are touchables Or untouchables. Those untouchables are really good in character, then how can we keep them heartly in record of criminals upto life?" In this way they had kept their views in front of administration regarding to stop the system of daily presenty.*
    *On this remarkable results Baburao Yadav writes a book. For the work, Satya Shodhak Samaj, Arya Samaj and American Mission were cooperating for the cause. So, Shahu Maharaj given thanks to them. In conference Shahu Maharaj told that, "Mahar, Mangs, Chambhar, Dhor were the traders. Mahars were trading cotton threads. Then who make them untouchables? On leaving such trade work why they became Dasyu means servant and servant means Untouchables? Why they accepted such a work of lower strata? Asked a remarkable question. Selfish people deputes non capable leaders in front of the general public to deceive them. No, politics will be observed unless behave with untouchables as humans? Those who are willing to do politics must have to behave with humanity without any discrimination with all humans in the universe. Means they are doing nation work. No, need of the theoretical leaders but have to need of actionary leaders to demolish Caste discrimination. That's why we have to give honour to Ambedkar as 'PANDIT' due to their quality with accepting their leadership. They will do our best in coming period. Not only they will be the leaders of untouchables but also the whole of India. On passing such remarkable comments they invited Dr Ambedkar for meal in Rajputwadi Camp.*
   *Vatani services were nothing but the services without remuneration or negligible! Breaking woods, blowing dead bodies of the animals, doing works like cleaning etc. On relieving from such services symbol of Untouchability will vanish against time. For that reason some Mahar Untouchables writes a letter to request Shahu Maharaj for to convert their Vatandari into Rayatvari on 27th July 1921. The letter was sanctioned on priority for order on 5th August 1921 at Rajputwadi Camp.*
   *In this conference total fifteen demands were passed. Among them the demand number two from the conference and the demand number two from the programme held on 8th January 1920 at Byculla accepted that the work done by Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj for untouchables to obtain equality were remarkable for the development of them, so Dr Ambedkar exclaimed that each and every person must have to celebrate Birthday of Shahu Maharaj as Festival, as the demand of the conference. That's why we have to follow the orders of Dr Ambedkar that to keep in mind to celebrate Birthday of Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj as festival. On paying tributes in occasion. Providing infinity crores of best compliments from me to all of you on 150th Jayanti celebration of Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj.*
